Cyber Supply Chain Risk Management 101

Course Description

Cyber Supply Chain Risk Management (CSCRM) Level 101 is designed to provide an entry level introduction to Supply Chain Risk Management in today’s cyber environment for the US Government’s acquisition workforce that is more robust and applicable than what is available from Defense Acquisition University.

Course Objectives

At the end of this course, students with an employment rank of GS-13 to GS-14 with roles and responsibilities evaluating the Government’s needs for technology goods and services will have to ability to discuss the Cyber Supply Chain Risk Management and the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) processes; explain their roles and responsibilities in the processes; describe costing models in the interim rule; and explain approaches for improving solicitations and contracts.

By the end of the coursework, the student will demonstrate his/her assimilation of the materials and content of the course.

Prerequisites

The CSCRM-101 courseware requires the student with roles and responsibilities evaluating the Government’s needs for technology goods and services and creating solicitations for the purpose of acquiring these goods and services from the private sector.
