Cyber Liability and CMMC for Attorneys provides an entry level introduction to Supply Chain Risk Management in today’s cyber environment for legal professionals (attorneys and paralegals) that support the U.S. government contracting community. Ensures each student fully comprehends existing gaps in Government contract language that may expose their clients to previously unforeseen risk in terms of costs and legal liability.

By the end of the coursework, the student will demonstrate his/her assimilation of the materials and content of the course.

Prerequisites

The courseware requires each student be a member of a State Bar Association and is experienced at supporting clients’ who conduct business with the U.S. Government as Prime or sub-Prime contractor.
