Course Overview

Course Description

This course is designed for business owners that rely heavily on subcontractors to win work with the United States Government. The course enables prime contractors to have objective evidence their team members fully comprehend their obligations to meet CMMC goals and objectives as well as reduce the prime’s exposure to cyber liability overall.

Course Objectives

At the end of this course students who are SMB business owners and large prime contractors will be able to demonstrate their understanding of the complexities of change management within the Supply Chain Risk Management process as it relates to themselves and their subcontractors. The education obtained from this lesson will dramatically improve teaming agreements by reducing the Prime’s exposure to civil liability stemming from a subcontractor’s cyber incident.

Students will demonstrate their assimilation of the course materials and resources through a post course assessment.
